My answer is yes. The 3.3L and the 3.5L both have a 92mm bore. The stroke length in the 3.5L is 87mm vs. 84mm in the 3.3L. There is even a smaller 3.0L V6 in the Lambda family with a 75mm stroke, and the same 92mm bore. The only engine in the Lambda family with a different bore is the 3.8L engine, which is 96 bore x 87 stroke.
