Onlything that lags are those embers in the start screen, but you can disable this with a (no embers) mod. i3 intel 620 2.0ghz and 4gb ram runs fine on lowest settings, sometimes gets fps drop late game but not that bad. Yours should work well. Worst case, you can always turn down your resolution.
